The principles, facts, and scientific background take center stage. We provide insights into the global challenges of our food systems and show how our choices for a healthier, more sustainable diet can have a positive impact on both ourselves and the planet. The course is based on the scientific concept of the Planetary Health Diet, developed by the EAT-Lancet Foundation.
