If none of the offered course dates suit you, if you would like to come with your own group, or if you have specific course content in mind, you are welcome to book a private course on your preferred date. Private courses can be arranged for a group size of 10 people; for smaller groups, the flat course fee for 10 people will be charged.

Fritz Treiber
Fritz Treiber is a true nutrition guru. He is a micro- and molecular biologist who has specialized in the fields of nutritional science and nutrition communication. At the University of Graz, he serves as the coordinator for the degree program in Nutrition, Health, and Consumption, where he also teaches courses and conducts lab classes. In the evenings, Fritz dedicates himself to his passions: cooking and science. In his cooking classes, he prepares dishes from molecular cuisine and explains the science behind them. He is also the author of several non-fiction books and frequently appears on television as an expert on food science.
