FAQ
1. REGISTRATION or LOGIN
- Course registration takes place via the University of Graz booking system.
- Students and staff of the University of Graz can log in using their UGO credentials.
- External participants must first register free of charge and without obligation — NOTE: After registration, you are not yet enrolled in the course!
2. SELECT THE COURSE TO BOOK
- Go to the course details and choose the appropriate price (regular/reduced/voucher).
- Click “Add to cart.”
- If you want to register multiple people, please select “Group registration” in the course detail view.
3. REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, CONFIRMATION
- In your cart, click the link “Proceed to registration” and follow all further steps as indicated.
- Currently, payment is possible by credit card only. Instant bank transfers are not yet available (this option is being developed; alternatively, you can contact us directly).
- Once your course registration is successfully completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or verify that your registration was completed correctly.
When registering, change the price option to “Voucher Redemption” to redeem your voucher.
Cancellations or withdrawals are possible up to 5 days before the course date. In this case, the full course fee will be refunded. However, if you cancel within 5 days of the course date, the full course fee will be retained.
