Neues Online-Anmeldesystem für unsere Kurse

Online-Anmeldung für sämtliche Kurse des Geschmackslabors und die Pharmakurse des Offenen Labors

 

Die Mitmachlabore nutzen das Online-Buchungssystem der Uni Graz (esraSoft). Dieses System ermöglicht eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Bezahlvorganges direkt bei der Anmeldung. Kursanmeldungen sind jederzeit und unabhängig von den Bürozeiten über unsere Homepage möglich und werden in einem Zug mit der Bezahlung (per Kreditkarte oder Sofortüberweisung) abgewickelt.

Stornierungen sind bis 5 Tage vor dem Kurstermin möglich, in diesem Fall bekommen Sie den vollen Kursbeitrag rücküberwiesen. Sollten Sie sich jedoch innerhalb der Stornierungsfrist von 5 Tagen bis zum Kurstermin abmelden, wird der gesamte Kursbeitrag einbehalten.

Auch wer seinen Gutschein einlösen will, kann dies problemlos tun: einfach bei der Anmeldung den Preis auf "Gutschein Einlösung" ändern.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt in 3 Schritten.

  1. Uni-externe Personen müssen sich zunächst registrieren; Uni-MitarbeiterInnen und Studierende loggen sich mittels UGO-Kennwort ein.
  2. Dann wird der gewünschte Kurs in den Warenkorb gelegt.
  3. Zum Schluss wird der Warenkorb angeklickt, der korrekte Preis ausgewählt (Standard/ Ermäßigt/ Gutschein Einlösung) und die Bezahlung durchgeführt.
