Vom 25. bis 27. Februar 2025 fand der MINT-Kongress an der Montanuniversität Leoben statt. Das Offene Labor der Universität Graz war auch diesmal vertreten und bot interessierten Pädagog:innen spannende Einblicke in naturwissenschaftliche Forschung.

Letzte Woche fand zum zweiten Mal der MINT-Kongress in Leoben statt, und das Offene Labor der Universität Graz war mit dabei. Heide Beranek-Knauer und Lucas Eder nutzten die Gelegenheit, um den interessierten Teilnehmerinnen ihr Workshop-Programm für Schülerinnen vorzustellen und das spannende Lernspiel „Exit the Ribosome“ zu präsentieren.

Rund 700 Teilnehmer*innen erhielten auf dem Kongress wertvolle Einblicke in die Welt der Naturwissenschaften. Ein Highlight war der Vortrag von Professor Helmut Jungwirth und Lisa Kornder von der 7. Fakultät der Universität Graz. Sie zeigten auf unterhaltsame Weise, „Was man vom Kabarett und von Social Media für die Wissensvermittlung lernen kann“, und regten damit zu neuen Ideen für die Wissenschaftskommunikation an.

Der MINT-Kongress bot einmal mehr eine inspirierende Plattform für den Austausch und die Vernetzung von Bildung und Forschung – mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Zukunft der Wissenschaft.
