Auf die Suppe gekommen

Fritz Treiber im Geschmackslabor vor laufender Kamera

ORF Dreharbeiten im Geschmackslabor

Ein Team des ORF war für Dreharbeiten im Geschmackslabor zu Gast. Alles Wissenswerte zum Thema Suppe stand auf dem redaktionellen Speiseplan.

Dr. Fritz Treiber konnte einige Mythen aufklären, wie die versprochene Detox Wirkung mancher Suppen, die von Influencer:innen angepriesen werden.

Wer hat eigentlich die Suppe erfunden, warum war die Schildkrötensuppe so beliebt im 19. Jahrhundert und kann eine Hühnersuppe eine Genesung beschleunigen? Diese und weitere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Auch die Praxis durfte nicht fehlen und so wurde eine Packerlsuppe „nachgekocht“ und die Inhaltsstoffe erklärt.

Die ganze Dokumentation wird voraussichtlich am 11.12.2023 auf 3sat ausgestrahlt werden.

A group of students from our partner university in Hiroshima visited the University of Graz as part of a summer school. The programme included a cooking workshop on the Planetary Health Diet in our Taste Lab! With great enthusiasm and a willingness to experiment, the students tried out recipes that are not only delicious but also contribute to a more sustainable diet.
